Recently we have had the honour of welcoming here a group from Bangkok. Six adventurers accompanied by two teachers from St Andrews came here to take part in DOE award scheme.
After spending day and a half of activities full planning and checking the equipment they headed out into jungle of Doi Pha Hom Pok national park. From my point of view as a lead instructor everyone pushed their limits to very high level. During those two days kids also got plenty of opportunity to practice their navigation and teamwork skills very much needed for later assessed expedition.
Not only that they all succeeded but also managed to get to the top of the second highest mountain Doi Pha Hom Pok.
